Lovely hotel just on the outskirts of Limerick city, ample parking, large spacious room, huge breakfast, unfortunately Internet and television reception very patchy though a member of staff did try his best to help the situation.

The hotel was wonderful. Although the service was slow at dinner and breakfast i know this was due to shortages of staff due to covid. And the staff there were trying their best.

Travelled with my 4 year old son, playground was great and pet farm . However the pool was a disappointment as no baby pool and was far too deep for him. The reception and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us.

we did a spa at the hotel on arrival, could not rate this enough, the staff in the spa and the facilities were just top notch. The bar service and service at breakfast left alot to be desired however
