The staff were absolutely outstanding. They were so helpful & very accommodating. The hotel was spotless & very comfortable. It was our 1st time away with a baby (4 months) & it couldn't have gone better.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were fantastic, you could not fault the food, and the location was perfect. 10mins from Tralee Town and 10mins from Banna Strand. There are some lovely sites to see.

We had a great stay here family of 4. Hotel very clean and rooms big and spacious. From check-in and throughout the stay we had a wonderful time... The staff in the hotel are all lovely to deal with and extremely pleasant. Food is exceptional.

Stayed at Ballyroe Heights for 2 nights. Everything was excellent. Rooms with mountain view food was faboulas. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent all round. Will definitely be back. Thank you all for wonderful stay.

This is a 3 star hotel that deserves more. Lovely welcome, friendly staff, gorgeous room and for the most part even the weather was great. Would definitely return to this little gem. Well worth a visit, highly recommend.

Great hotel perfect location 4km from tralee and a few km from a beautiful beach. Staff are very friendly and the service is prompt and efficient. Food is excellent and good value.
