Hotel was perfect and the meal included was delicious! Great value.

Lovely hotel, food, staff etc. no evening entertainment on the weekend we went, that was disappointing. Might be worth looking at before u book!

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent food and excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing break away for our wedding anniversary.

Our 4th time staying here. Love this hotel, . Staff always so helpful and pleasant. Food is delicious. Couldn't think of any negatives about this hotel. I highly recommend The Presidential suite . It is by far the best we have stayed in.

We had a complicated booking with accommodating our large family with different requirements but staff has made us feel like it was no hassle. Good was lovely, the hotel and leisure facilities were spotless and we had a magical time there.

Lovely hotel with great staff and service would go back again no problem

We had to leave the hotel to get food as we were told by the person on the door at the bar that we should have reserved a table for bar food. Bar closed at 11pm on bank holiday Sunday night - barman said it’s Irish law to close bar at 11pm.

Lovely hotel; we had a fantastic room with two rooms, one for the kids and one for us. It was huge. The kid's room had a little tippie that our son loved. The swimming facilities were spotless and all staff very helpful.

Suite was so spacious. No complaints whatsoever. Pool was surprisingly warm, breakfast was perfect and the spa was amazing. Availed of a very enjoyable facial.

We brought our kids to The Shearwater as was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The pool area is excellent, and the rooms were very clean. Above all the staff were extremely friendly, nothing was an issue. It was a top class break.

I booked a long overdue Spa break in Sherwater Hotel, Spa, hotel staff and room were all 10/10 but Leisure Centre 0/ 10 because water pump was faulty so no Sauna etc so dissapointed Rating for break 2/10

Lovely hotel. Staff very great and very helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was quite tasty but the portions would not feed a child. This was the most disappointing aspect of our visit.

This was our first hotel stay since the beginning of Covid and we were a bit anxious. We needn't have worried. Everything was great. There was lots of sanitiser and 2 metre markings so we felt very safe. The staff were so helpful and food was excelle
